Outri is the solo bass endeavour of musical magpie Ian ‘dodge’ Paterson. The project takes inspiration from a love of jazz, folk, electronica, found-sound, and cinematic landscapes.
As a twenty-year veteran sideman in many projects from jazz to folk to pop, this project is an opportunity to bring some of those disparate strands together in a combination of organic shifting loops underpinned with beautiful harmonies and glitchy electronica.
Ian will also be bringing some excellent and unique visuals for this special show.
