The Lancaster Community Music Centre Big Band is a long-running ensemble that rehearses every Saturday and features a whole host of local musicians from around the Lancaster area. They are currently led by Big Band aficionado, passionate educator and killer trumpeter Adrian Boardman. They play a great variety of classic and contemporary big band tunes and songs and make a very joyous noise, perfect for kicking off Saturday’s proceedings at the Kanteena.
